We are excited to welcome new and returning members to our club. This membership pack contains important information regarding Pony Club Victoria membership, how to join or renew through the JustGo system, membership fees, volunteer requirements, child safety obligations, and key contact information.
The membership year runs from 1st July 2026 – 30th June 2027.
Traralgon Pony Club meets every 2nd Sunday for a rally at 20 Minniedale Road, Traralgon East.

How to Join or Renew Membership
- Visit the Pony Club Victoria membership portal through the JustGo website. Login – JustGo (Additional information can be found on Pony Club Victoria – A life with horses starts here!)
- Create a new account or log in to your existing account.
- Select Traralgon Pony Club as your club.
- Choose the appropriate membership category.
- Complete all required members and emergency contact details.
- Upload any required documents.
- Proceed to payment to finalise your membership.

Pony Club Victoria Membership Information
All members are required to hold a current Pony Club Victoria membership. This is included within the Membership fee. Membership provides insurance coverage, access to Pony Club activities and events, rider education opportunities, official rallies, competitions, and training resources. All children must have an adult associated with their membership that has a Supporter membership.
Come&Try Information
Come&Try membership provides an opportunity for people new to Pony Club to experience a rally. A maximum of 2 Come & Try attendances is permitted. This may be at one or two clubs. Each time a new Come & Try membership must be purchased through your JustGo profile.

Working with Children Check
All adult volunteers, coaches, committee members, and any adults involved in child-related activities are required to hold a current Working with Children Check (WWCC) where applicable. Members may be requested to provide their WWCC details to the club for verification. All registered members MUST have an Adult Supporter registered on the JustGo system where you will upload a copy of your current WWCC.
Child Safety Policy
Traralgon Pony Club is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for all children and young people. The club follows Pony Club Victoria child safety standards and policies to ensure the wellbeing and protection of all members, including:
- Promoting respectful and inclusive behaviour.
- Providing safe sporting and learning environments.
- Responding appropriately to any concerns or complaints.
- Supporting the welfare and wellbeing of all junior members.
Volunteer Participation
Traralgon Pony Club is a volunteer-run organisation and relies on the support of members and families. Members may be asked to assist with canteen duties, event setup and pack-up, fundraising activities, working bees, and general club support throughout the year.
